Ground floor renovations including wall removal and structural steel as well as cloakroom
Ben and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived on time, worked hard and kept us informed on progress throughout. They were accommodating to our changes and offered us innovative and practical solutions along the way. We would highly recommend Advancing Homes as they delivered high quality work and we are really happy with the end result.

Fitted 3 new doors and window
Ben was absolutely amazing, I was caught up in a very awkward situation and Ben was only to happy to help( everyone else was either too busy or never got back to me!!) Ben was busy but took total compassion in light of my situation and duely completed all works required, I really cannot thank him enough, he was also very professional clean and tidy, wish there was more people like him.

Loft conversion with new roof and flat roof on extension
I cannot recommend this company enough, the standard of the work was excellent and they gave out lots of tips and suggestions for us to do extras ourselves. They took time to explain everything to us and gave time estimates on how long things would take as they went along.

New kitchen fitted
On arrival first day, Ben said he had quoted for kitchen units already built up and as it was flat packed wanted an extra £450 otherwise he would not do the job, as we had taken a week off work we had no option but to agree. Took an extra day to do the job as he was having 1.1/2 lunch breaks off site. We had 3 doors damaged when un packed and a rail the wrong size, was told it would be another days work when we had got them and would be an extra £200 of which we agreed as it was not his fault. When we got the bits, took 2 hours to fit, also needed a shelf fitting, he wanted extra payment again

Kitchen Extension and fitted kitchen.
High standards of workmanship. Took longer than expected due to weather for the extension. But quality finish. Listened to all my concerns, fixed leaking pipes, negotiated with neighbours, planning and services (waterboard), gave ideas on fixtures and fittings, trustworthy, has a good group of apprentices aswell as his own team, polite and friendly, tidy as can be under house remodelling, on hand if anything needs doing. A job well done! I' m very pleased with the new kitchen extension, kitchen and they also did bathroom and made an extra bedroom upstairs in the summer. Would recommend highly.
