The rear gutter has leaked from day one, they have returned to correct the issue three times and it is worse now than ever. We cant use the back doors when it rains because so much water leaks out the gutter it pour in through the door if we open it. They have become unresponsive to text messages and don't pick the phone up when I call now. We appreciate covid-19 has made things more difficult but we also know others in the trade are still working as there is no face to face contact with customers on most occasions.

They did an excellent job. I was keen to avoid the cowboys, who have done very shoddy work for some of my neighbours. I was given a price before I agreed the contract and a detailed description of what they would do. They used quality materials and their workmanship was the best I have seen. The salesman and workmen were friendly and respectful and worked very hard, cleaning up as they went along. I strongly recommend that they become part of Checkatrade.

Excellent workmanship and materials. No problems. Fitters were friendly and efficient. Very satisfied and no hesitation to recommend them.
