• Outhouse conversion to Utility Room

  Andy was professional and courteous throughout. He delivered exactly what he said he would when he said he would, and even popped back after for some finishing touches that others would have neglected. He is a perfectionist through and through. The people he work with were also lovely and courteous - being especially careful of a couple of indoor cats when they needed to come in and out of the house. I'm thrilled with my new Utility Room and everybody who sees it is blown away.

• Repair and increasing height of an existing boundary brick wall

  The work comprised repointing and repair of an existing brick wall which had deteriorated due to friable mortar and full thickness cracking. The wall was also increased in height. Andy came when he said he would and carried out the work with great attention to detail. I am very pleased with the end result.

• Rendered Porch and Concrete Cladding

  A Eades Building Contractor has recently transformed the front of our house. A new porch, taking down of an internal wall and concrete cladding has totally changed the look of our terraced house. It is just beautiful and has given the house a real New England look which is just what we were after. The workmanship is of an extremely high standard and Andy himself, along with Mike, were both an absolute pleasure to have around. Even when the rain was hammering down, they were still there working to get it done for us. I highly recommend them for any building work you need doing.
