  Garage conversion

  We had Andy do our conversion from a garage to a bedroom. I cannot fault him at all. He always turned up on time, did the work to a great standard. He is so friendly and if we hadn’t started up conversation and offered him coffee, you wouldn’t have even known he was there! His quote was the most reasonable of all the ones we received and he actually listened to what we wanted and our budget. He arranged all the building inspections etc. Andy is amazing, highly recommend

  New lintel and brickwork repair

  Andy was very reliable. Hardly knew he was here. Very polite and friendly. Good price. Worked hard. Put a néw lintel in and put metal ties in to hold. Drilled out brickwork and cemented. Repaired brickwork on outside sill on landing. Can highly recommend from quote to work finished. Very tidy and will use for any future work. Thanks Andy.

  Outhouse conversion to Utility Room

  Andy was professional and courteous throughout. He delivered exactly what he said he would when he said he would, and even popped back after for some finishing touches that others would have neglected. He is a perfectionist through and through. The people he work with were also lovely and courteous - being especially careful of a couple of indoor cats when they needed to come in and out of the house. I'm thrilled with my new Utility Room and everybody who sees it is blown away.

  Wall take down and supporting beam installed

  Andy and team did a great job installing a steal beam after taking down a supporting wall. Good communication and kept up to date with progress. Very happy with results. Would recommend!

  Repair and increasing height of an existing boundary brick wall

  The work comprised repointing and repair of an existing brick wall which had deteriorated due to friable mortar and full thickness cracking. The wall was also increased in height. Andy came when he said he would and carried out the work with great attention to detail. I am very pleased with the end result.
