Carried out repairs to the flat roof, ridge tiles, very professional, courteous and cleaned site up on completion. I will be using them again on my new property.

Arthur came out quickly to give us a quote - which was competitive. The key for me was getting the work done during the Summer, so I was happy when Charlotte confirmed they would be able to fit us in last week. There was a short delay due to illness but once on site the lads got straight on with the job, were friendly, and considerate. They were also happy to fit some pigeon spikes which were not in the original quote. A week later and all is good - hopefully my roof is now fit for many more years to come. If I do need more roofing work done, I will definitely call Arthur.

We had Fascia, Soffit and Guttering changed on our property. Arthur and his team go above and beyond. They arrived on time had a quote supplied within days. The work is excellent we cant thank them enough for a job well done. They always keep you informed and send you regular updates if required. We had a pitched roof that leaked around a dormer window and lower down. We had difficulty in getting a helpful response when contacting roofing companies. Mr Easen was working on a neighbours roof and kindly looked at ours when asked. He identified the problem and, sealed around the window. A leak lower down the occurred and I thought we might need a new roof or guttering significantly changed. Mr Easen recognised the problem and did simpler repairs. These weren't initially successful, but there was no problem with them returning and we are now dry. Communication throughout was excellent.

I called A Easen and Son's because a neighbour had spotted that our flashing had come away from the chimney. They came and assessed the issue and agreed a price and advised on the work needed. Same day, they returned to carry out the work having sent an itemised quote. The team who came were professional, efficient, transparent, thorough, trustworthy and brilliant. The lady who coordinated it all (Charlotte) was just great. Arthur (owner) came quickly and on time to assess, Jimmy and team who did the repairs - can't fault them - just wonderful service. I can recommend them entirely.
