Complete re-roofing of house.
Ashley and his team did a great job, even when weather was far from the best to work in. Also all the team are well mannered and considerate, especially as we have mobility issues. Would most definitely recommend to others.
Ridge tile and guttering replacement
Ashley and his team were very courteous and helpful. The quote was accurate and any queries were quickly answered. As I am a nervous customer he was able to kindly put my mind at rest. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was before the work was started would use them again if needed.
No Show
Contacted Saturday, agreed to meet Monday 10:00ish. Had not shown up by 11:15, so called and left message on mobile. However didn't even call back, and no reason given for not showing up. Not impressed at all, makes me wonder how small "no job to small" is.
Replace old lead around chimney as an emergency as water was flowing through on very rainy day.
Excellent work timely provided when I needed emergency help. Water was flowing through old lead surrounding the chimney. The lead has been replaced and made water tight. I am a very happy customer
Fix leak around chimney
Ash was polite and considerate. He made an inspection prior to the day of work and videoed the problem so we could see the damage. All work carried out to fix our roof was done in one day. No mess was left behind.
