The job was Changing Kitchen Doors, end panels, cornices, plummets, and planks. Phil looked at the job and provided 2 quotes, 700 for the kitchen and 500 for flooring. Phils Craftsmanship in doing kitchen was noted to be below standard. On his demand, a new price for doing kitchen was agreed, with condition that full payment will be done at the completion of the job. Phil took a significant proportion of the agreed amount and then did not turn up to work.
