    Affordable, fast and such a nice team

    We had a broken handle because it was from 1900s on our main water pipe and we had no water in the house anymore. I got their information from a friend that said so many good things about this company and I agree, I had an engineer out of hours and as emergency within an hour. The engineer was professional and so kind. He done even more than we needed and helped so much. We have now an easy new handle from this century and did free of charge a change on my toilet where now o can flush it much easier The price for all this was more than acceptable and affordable. Totally recommend!

    Bathroom pipe leaks

    I discovered a leak from a hot water pipe feeding the tap in my bathroom basin. I further discovered that the drainage pipe was also leaking, which would also require replacing. I contacted AE Plumbing & Drainage after they made contact with me through the Checktrade platform and they were able to get plumber out to me within the hour. The plumber (Mansoor) guided me through the work that was required and sourced extra materials promptly as he navigated through the job. The job was challenging due to the nature of wear and tear. The plumber completed the job on the day.

    Drain unblocking

    Drain chamber was full and backing up and managed to have Raphy & Mo come within 1-2 hours of enquiring to unblock the drain & provide insight on having it repaired. Quality service with the guys and would highly recommend using them!

    Very pleased with work to unblock a gutter and soakaway

    Very prompt response to my initial request, and they were here at 08:00 the next morning. A quick assessment and price agreed, they completed the work in just over 2 hours. A very large amount of roots had to be removed, the gutters and soakaway are now working much better. I am very impressed by the work and by the friendliness of the team on site and in the office. Also pleased with the transparency on the price before they started work.

    Blocked toilet

    Easy to book. Fast and reliable. Plumber very accommodating for time when partner was home. Job was done quick. Plumber kept in communication with me of what the job entailed. Plumber cleaned up after themselves. Everything left working and great. Would definitely recommend and use again 10/10
