    Water softener malfunction and water is flowing out to drain and unable to access the stopcock

    Mansour, the engineer came and very calmly resolved the issue and demonstrated where the stop cock is deep below the ground. The owner kept me informed on the expected arrival time and the price which I had no issue accepting since this is an emergency, which could become worst if the water isn’t stopped leading to another issue where the community sewage system is also blocked. Now the water has stopped, I will wait for ThamesWater to deal with this other issue shortly. But thank you for being the first to respond. It was almost immediate as soon as I pressed the send from CheckaTrade.

    Blocked bathtub

    I was called quickly and offered help immediately. The plumber messaged me requesting information then called me when he was outside. He was friendly and helpful and sorted our problem asap.

    Emergency call out sorted in 2 hours.

    Had to call them for an emergency leak in the boiler, call out was £125 inclusive of VAT but they arrived within an hour which I was impressed with. The engineer was super helpful and explained everything and even taught us some new things about our water supply where we had made incorrect assumptions about the stopcocks (we have 2 weirdly). The issue itself was a simple fix thankfully and was done within 20 mins, total cost of just under £200 which - for an emergency call it - seems really reasonable. Would defo use them again and recommend highly.

    Great service and fast response

    They were able to come quickly and replace the toilet bowl after it break. All work was explained and they really saved the day !

    AE were so brilliant at helping at such a stressful time! The heatwave caused a burst pipe and they sent us out a guy who knew exactly how to fix it and they were so calm and reassuring - really grateful!
