1x architrave put back onto door frame and some filling of frame and door re-hung, 2x cylinder locks changed on front door, 1x bath panel trim and fit, 1x full wall painted, 1x half wall fill and paint, 1x half wall paint, 1x part wall stain seal and paint, 1x part wall paint
We met on 22 Sept where he had lots of time to check the work before I asked for a quote. He said 6 hours + VAT. To be sure, I asked what price this was. He calculated it and said £210 inc VAT + materials. Again I asked what materials came to and he said: "How much is a tub of paint?" So he told me £210 inc VAT plus materials, which should have come to £50 max as I supplied the bath panel and lock. He sent a £458 bill for 10 hours work and £120 on materials which is double his quote. He claims the work took longer but never told me this at any time and I don't believe it did from the poor finish.

Carpentry, electrics and general repairs
Sent over a long list of works which needed to be completed prior to tenants moving in. Andrew managed to complete the jobs on a very tight schedule and to a high standard. We are now planning to use him for any future work we require as the jobs were completed to a satisfactory level. Andrew has also carried out work on fire doors, broken beds, desks and even decking.

Various Gardening and external jobs

New fences to a lsrge garden

Realigned front door
I phoned Andrew at lunchtime and he promised to attend that afternoon. Three hours later he had been done the job, willingly given guidance on how to resolve the issue in future and charged a very fair price. Good value all around and I would use him again.
