Tuning Freeview channels using interference filters
Called John back after years to do an aerial signal test again as things have changed over the years. He sorted / tuned the filters to reduce the interference of the Basingstoke transmitter in favor of the IOW transmitter. I kept loosing non HD TV stations/channels using a Humax recorder/ Smart TV. It now saves me re-tuning channels on a regular basis. Thanks John for showing up the next day!

Satellite test
Attended property to investigate reception issues with satellite. Identified the issue (a rogue tree) and discussed solutions to improve the reception. Tested the LNR to ensure it was functioning as it should.

Quick service and reasonable price
Called John as dish was playing up and we could not get all channels. Was with us within 2 hours and solved the problem straight away. This is the second time I have used John and his service is top class. Highly recommended. Very reasonable price

Highly Recommend
After months of bad TV reception which nobody could diagnose, John identified a problem with the satellite dish which he replaced quickly and efficiently. Have had perfect reception ever since. Extremely professional and friendly service, would highly recommend.
