My experience with Aerials Direct was disappointing due to the behaviour of one of the business partners, Melodie. I found her to be unprofessional and discourteous during our interaction. Her tone and approach were inappropriate, and I was left feeling dismissed and misled. This conduct does not reflect the professionalism I expected from a highly rated company. I am submitting this feedback in the hope that future interactions with customers will be handled more respectfully and transparently.

Great team that came, had everything they needed to get the job done at short notice. very happy with the service. Able to take a card payment there and then. very much recommended.

Quick to provide a quote, which they stuck to. Simon was very helpful and fixed the problem without fuss. Also tuned the tv to make it easier. Very happy.
