Contacted Aerial Sparks online, replied quickly to contact them by phone or WhatsApp, I contacted them the following day with WhatsApp and arranged for them to come out to look at the job, a few minutes before the booked time I got a message saying wasn’t coming as had no childcare, they asked to come the following day which is Sunday around 3pm, I replied about 4 hours later that that afternoon as I had left my phone at home and gone out, I said that would be fine, Sunday 4pm no show, I messaged them at around 3:45 asking if they was coming, got no reply, avoid and don’t waste your time.

thanks for your comment and I appreciate your concerns, but believe most of above is untrue.
on the Saturday I gave you 3 hours notice before the agreed time, and Sunday I contacted you with a very good reason that you chose not to reply and block me.
