  Great service

  Very pleased with work completed by Lee. Initial response, Site visit and Quote were all prompt. Lee offered a range of solutions in his Quote - and was very helpful during the Installation always talking thru the pros / cons of different routing options. Work was completed within 2 weeks of initial contact - and my Family is now getting the full benefits of our Fibre connection all around the house.

  Freeview signal fault diagnosed and existing aerial wiring reconnected to restore TV reception

  Excellent service – knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely helpful Lee and his colleague were brilliant. I had an unusual problem with an existing TV aerial installation which required some proper investigation rather than simply replacing equipment. They took the time to understand the existing setup, traced the wiring problem and successfully restored my Freeview service using the infrastructure already in place. They also identified a separate fault with the distribution equipment in the loft and clearly explained what this meant for the other TV points in the property. What particularly impressed me was their willingness to understand and resolve the underlying problem rather than recommend unnecessary new equipment. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout, explained what they were doing, and left everything working properly. The £90 charge was also very reasonable for the work undertaken. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Aerial View again and would happily recommend them.

  Replacement TV aerial in the loft and additional coaxial connection cable installed

  Lee came to assess the job and gave helpful advice. He gave us a reasonable quote and went the extra mile to find us some satellite channels keep us going for the time being before we had even accepted his quote. On the day, he turned up punctually and carried the work as agreed. They were very tidy and made sure everything was put back and took the time to make sure everything was working and explained to us the work they had carried out before leaving. Definitely would recommend and ask him to carry out work for us in the future.
