Newly installed Heating system
Alex, Jake and Chris were great throughout, they were on time, clean and tidy, and very professional, they put me at ease with any questions I had, and explained my smart thermostat to me. Heat pump installed
Fantastic from start to finish. I dealt with Jamie who arrange the appointment with me and considered my timescale and needs at all times then Tony arrived to complete the survey and answer my ridiculous amount of questions which he done without breaking a sweat, finally George and Chris completed the work both were very professional, tidy and efficient. All for gentlemen I dealt with were courteous and very well presented and made what I thought would be a nightmare of a job very easy and plain sailing. They even dealt with the DNO and fuse upgrade. Conversion From A Gas Boiler to Heat Pump
Jamie and his team were brilliant and reasonably priced. I must admit I was nervous about converting from a gas boiler to a heat pump, but the AES team explained everything to me, and what the benefits were, since the installation of the heat pump, and having radiators updated.
