Before considering a heat pump your home must have adequate insulation such as Loft and Cavity wall insulation to reduce heat loss from your home.
In many instances we advise underfloor heating to maximse from the heat gained from heat pumps.
If you are considering a heat pump you will need an up to date Energy performance certificate.

The company were very efficient in organising an initial survey and quotation. No works yet.
I have found the company very competent and efficient in organising advice, survey and a quotation for the installation of an air-source heat -pump. We have not confirmed an order yet ,as frankly other companies have been much slower in surveying / quoting ! Thank you to Sophie and Tony for their advice and efficient friendly manner.
Heat Pump Installation
I used AES for my heat pump installation and would recommend them. From the survey, where unlike others they explained why they were completing each measurement, and why radiators needed upgrading, to the installation, they were great, very knowledgeable, very contactable, very helpful, and very tidy. They were that good, and impressive, I have got them pricing and designing my underfloor heating for my extension taking place later this year.
Heat pump repair
AES called to repair a fault on my heat pump, throughout they kept me informed on the process, the engineer arrived on time, and was clean, tidy and polite, and they repaired the fault first time round.
