  Do your research first.

  Awful company, lied about the bespoke fitter and outsourced the work to someone who didn't know what they were doing. If you go with them, make sure you get one of their actual fitters and not mis-sold.

  Awful Experience

  If I could give zero I would. Really thought I had completed my due diligence and was completely taken in with the Showroom and sales Team. Design was bespoke for an individual with special needs. Over promised and under delivered. I've never seen such poor Tiling, Grouting, Carpentry, Plastering, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical Work and Silicone finishing. Promised an in House fitting Team but not only did they Sub Contract but the Painting Sub Contactor Sub Contracted. Not once did the Manager visit the site to see for himself how bad the finished Bathroom was. If awarding any work to this co

  Replacement of shower screen.

  They were very thorough. Initially, a member of staff came to assess the job. He then fed me back with pricing and I confirmed acceptance. Within a short space of time, a plumber completed the job to my specification. He thoroughly cleaned and tidied up the space in which he had worked before departing. He was pleasant and I would be happy to employ him for any future plumbing work.

  Gas Boiler Installation

  New boiler

  I was told I had to have a visible pipe. When I complained they repositioned it out of sight. A short while later one of the pipes started to leak. They came back and tightened up all the pipes and removed the orange stain on the worktop underneath the boiler. They then said the water damage was due to the dishwasher ( which is hardly used ) and not their fault.

  Boiler was losing pressure due to an expansion vessel fault.

  Brilliant job throughout the whole process, kept up to date with first class communication & the job was completed to a high standard, even fitted my Tado. Would highly recommend.

  I was recommended AF Bathroom and Heating by a friend of my cousin. I’m very glad I took that advice. From my initial dealings with Ashley to Matt and Taylor who carried out my plumbing needs [including taps in the bathroom and kitchen and a replacement shower and shower screen in the bathroom] I felt that I was in the hands of professionals. The workmanship is excellent and my thanks go to Matt and Taylor for that. I have no reservation at all in recommending this company to you and if and when I need any further work done I will not hesitate in using AF Bathroom and Heating again.
