He was very friendly, provided a very detailed quote so we knew exactly what work was being carried out, had excellent communication throughout, and we knew exactly when he would arrive. Plumber called in morning saying he will come later in the day. Olli turned up a little late but arrived on day he said he would and apologised for coming late. He fixed the issue the best he could with parts we supplied. Some parts were still needed and Olli sorted and gave link for us to order so we didn’t pay an additional margin as well as looking for the best price. Would highly recommend.

Our bathroom basin taps, decades old, needed replacing. I rang Olly as he had been recommended to me by a friend. He answered promptly, I sent a photo of them, and after I accepted the quote, he fixed a date and came and did the work. A friendly and efficient chap.
