Ian responding quickly to my request on Check A Trade and was able to do the job the following day which was brilliant as it was fairly urgent. The carpet had seen a lot of wear and was looking terrible - covered in black marks and coffee stains. Ian did the most amazing job. I honestly could have not expected it to look so much better. Ian was polite, helpful, friendly and did a very good job at a decent price. All was arranged in one phone call, including quote, date and time.
