It all started well. There was a leak in a bathroom that needed fixing - small job. After the job started it became clear mould and damp had ruined the first bathroom and an adjoining bathroom. A big job that needed to go through insurance which Jamie promised to support in terms of documentation. Job almost complete and I paid the full amount in good faith. Since then (3 months now) Jamie has disappeared, leaving me with an incomplete job, not enough information to make the insurance claim and £10k in the hole. I’m guessing the 5 year guarantee has gone for a toss too. Very disappointing.

Affordable home improvements supplied and fitted me a anthracite bathroom with wall panels ,tiling ,bathtub,toilet, basically a full refurbishment they also painted my hallway and bedrooms Jamie and his team had finished my job in good time , we’re very polite I was happy with the quote and the 10 year warranty made me feel a lot more comfortable would highly recommend
