    Ken and his team are excellent. Very trustworthy, they do a good job at a good price. I've used them for years for jobs big and small, from decorating and damp proofing to off jobs. Highly recommended.

    Soundproof existing bedroom floor

    APS Ltd were able to provide price options to soundproof an existing 10m2 bedroom floor fitted with vinyl tiles. The work was completed in one day and included:- fitting rockwool between joists, remove all nails & screw down existing chipboard floor, fit new 11mm acoustic underlay, fit new medium pile carpet, trim FD30 fire door, hoover and tidy, take away rubbish. WHAT AN EXCELLENT JOB!! No fuss & no complaints from anyone. Brilliant!

    Good guys who can do everything!

    All the guys were lovely, friendly, polite and did a great job. I had a planter removed in the garden, opened up a fireplace, chimney caps put on, window sills repaired, removal of shelves in living room and cabinets made and the floor sanded.

As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering all trades. We are also known for our charitable work at St Bede's Catholic church, Balham and St Mathews Anglican church, Croydon.

Working for professional establishments over the years has helped us to perfect our skills and procedures. Now working directly for home owners and landlords delivering fantastic results.

Initial leads are from Checkatrade, but once people see what we can do, they usually pass us on the other family members and friends. 70% of our jobs are from word of mouth and referrals. Spreading good will and satisfaction throughout the community. We also build our projects with 10 - 20-year accountability in mind. 90 % of everyone we work for are usually happy to instantly become our referee. The other 10% usually give an instant reference but are often too busy to take reference calls. We’re not happy to just build perfect projects, our actual aim is to win friends and gain influence in society.
