10 Replace frame and glass roof on side passage.

Andrew came promptly and explained what needed to be done. He also explained what materials he would use also said he would raise the pitch of the roof slightly to improve the drainage. He emailed his quote and we agreed to have it done. Andrew and 2 colleagues came when they said they were coming it took a day and a half. They never messed about got on with the job, they were friendly and polite. Cleaned up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. Finally had a few downpours and it hasn’t leaked. Job location: B31Andrew answered our requests promptly after storm damage and arranged quotes and then attended to carry out the work as soon as possible. This included temporary making safe to avoid further damage The work was completed quickly and even cleared away debris as they worked abd when finished. Very impressed. Thanks. I had a leak in my guttering and Andrew came the same day to have a look at it. The next day it was done and I was very happy with the work. I've had a damp problem in my front bedroom for a number of years which was difficult to diagnose. This is the second time I have used this team of roofers. Always punctual, kept up to date when rain stopped play on day 1, but works continued from day 2. Andrew identified additional works - which didn't surprise me - and was able to incorporate these into the allocated timeframe.
