  Excellent service.

  We have had a problem with our Dimplex Quantum storage heater over heating. Dimplex refused to help as the 2 year warranty had expired. Contacted AFOS group for help. The engineer arrived exactly on time and he was both courteous and professional. He went over and above exploring several avenues, including phoning Dimplex, to fix the problem. A plan is now in place to hopefully rectify the problem. Excellent sevice.

  Highly recommended!

  Afos Group recently installed a new electrical fuse board at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were extremely professional from start to finish — tidy, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was their kindness and consideration in working around my shift work sleep schedule. They went out of their way to minimise disruption, which I really appreciated.   Repair of "drilled through cable" and plaster work repair

  In drilling the wall for a fixing to mount a pegboard I managed to drilled through an electrical cable. In need of an electrician urgently that was also capable of plaster work repair, Jamie arrived promptly at agreed appointment time. Efficient and amiable, the job was well done, explaining as he worked. The cable was repaired, the plaster work made good and Jamie cleaned up so well that I didn't even need to hoover afterwards. I would happily recommend Jamie and Afos Group Electricians Salisbury for their considerate and professional response. Alan.
