As far as quickness of coming is concerned, first class. In terms of punctuality, he was on time, the second time he was 2 hours early. Which was not a good time for me. He should have noticed that the taps were not aligned with the sink and if necessary he should have replaced the taps. If this was not possible he should have made sure they were over the sink. He had to put little bits of pipes in the ends of the tap to be able to fill the kettle. The ends were not clean and looked like they were quite old. The appearance of the finished product is awful due to gaps between sink and tiles.

Adam was polite, friendly and well mannered. He quoted for the removal of a radiator and replacement to different site. This was done in 2 parts as needed wall to be plastered in between taking the old radiator off the wall and replacing in another position with a new one, quote was very good and reasonable. Would recommend.

Visited same day to troubleshoot a faulty kitchen spray tap. Identified the problem very quickly and saved me a small fortune. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Turned up on time& done a good job. Previous plumber didn’t take time to look at the system properly so the wrong pump broke after 6 months . Adam investigated the system properly and fit Ed the right pump . He explained all and was tidy, punctual and polite.

Would definitely recommend Adam to carry out any plumbing work around my home. He was very reliable and worked hard replacing our radiators.
