Quoted and agreed as £9750 for a 2 week job from 01/05/24. Paid every invoice on-time and it escalated up to above £14,000 without any major complaints. However, work was delayed and semi-completed by 21/05/24, without clear communication or rationale. Quality of the work was variable, but snags were re-addressed and job was semi-completed. In the original agreement and contract painting of the lobby and WC was included but this has not been completed. 1 light has been damaged and not re-imbursed =£75.00 Waste removal poorly organised and communicated with no skip arranged.

We will use again for any future works based on the relationship with the team and project manager, on time. Clean and tidy ,

The team built an annexe for the mother in law, brand new build start to finish, assistance with design. Our own project manager, with site based manager also. Reliable would work with again,
