Called Andy late Thursday evening and the job was completed next day! Going over and above squeezing it on to the end of a busy Friday! Quick, honest, lots of information along with pictures, videos and a full report. Very professional with my tenant and myself. Highly recommend!! Thank you ⭐️

AFS Drains were friendly, clear, and did a good job without fuss. They gave useful advice as well. They had to delay once, but explained why, asked if it was OK, and then turned up later exactly when they said. They took the time to understand the problem well and give us some advice too.

Had a badly blocked bathroom sink. The blockage was beound the U-bend. My own attempts with chemical and rodding were unsuccessful. Andy (AFS) was recommended and prompty attended. Problem fixed within an hour at sensible cost.

Fantastic service. Andrew arranged a call out following my phone call for help at 4pm. Wayne came that evening and dealt with the blocked pipe quickly and effectively. Wayne explained everything he did, kept us informed throughout and made sure everything was checked and tested before leaving.

Andrew did a superb job unblocking our drain for the kitchen waste water. Communication was great, quick response time, and very professional. Andrew even returned later in the day to help fix a leak under our kitchen sink which turned out to be a long standing unknown issue but had helped come to light with the movement of the outer pipe during the drain unblocking. Outstanding service, I highly recommend AFS Drains to anyone. Thank you Andrew for doing such a great job.
