Side and Rear extension & Loft conversion
Scott Ellis of AG1 Designs is the designer of our project. Scott has provided invaluable guidance and expertise for our project, the plans provided are very thorough from the groundwork to the final finishing schedule. We have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Scott is also very patient and always willing to listen to our ideas and concerns, his ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner were particularly impressive, which makes the entire process so much easier for us. Ground floor extensions and loft conversion
It's my first property I bought and I wanted to make it as my dream home . But I was struggling to find someone to design it the way I wanted. Design and drawings for extension
Scott and his team were instrumental in helping us design the extension we wanted and then obtain planning permission for it. Ideas and advice
We reached out to Scott as we have known him in a personal capacity for a number of years. He was able to talk us through a few ideas about a 2-storey extension and partial conversion of a garage. He provided some additional ideas and produced some excellent concept sketches which really helped us with our own thought process and to engage in discussions with builders.
