Moving home
The 2 guys that came were extremely hard working, friendly and did a great job. They also helped arrange for our old fridge freezer to be scrapped and taken away. This was not something discussed upfront but they accommodate our request without any issue. Very good removal company
Really impressed by the level of detail in the written quote and that the price was given with no hidden extras. House move and removal of items
Excellent work from the team. Swift and respectful, no complains. A quick note on the price quote, they initially quoted me on both move and removal of items, which I thought was reasonable and I accepted it. However on the day of move they said there are extra charges in the removal of items, which caught me by surprise. Hi Samuel, Thank you for your review and for the positive feedback about our team. For clarity, the original request was to remove items as part of the moving service. On the day, it was confirmed that specific items were to be taken for waste disposal at a recycling centre, which is a separate service and not included in standard removal rates.
