Nick was appointed by WREN to install our kitchen. Made a pre-install visit and issues raised were discussed and solution suggested. He agreed to commence on 7 November but failed to show up. Contacted said van broken down. Failed to show next day and did not contact me. I managed to contact him but curt message van still broken down. No alternative solution made by him. WREN did arrange another fitter 2 weeks later but have heard nothing from Nick. He may or maybe not a good fitter but attitude to business is diabolical and I would not recommend him

We can't sing the praises of Nick and his team enough. They were first class throughout. Every element of the job, from the actual installation (inc plumbing, plastering and electrical work) to the additional plastering and electrical work we requested was to the highest standard. We have family commitments and Nick always worked around those
