To have a fence panel removed and a new panel fitted. Then two 'piggyback' concrete posts fitted
I contacted the firm by email and received an acknowledgement the same day. We liaised for a time and date for assessment which was done within 3 days. A thorough assessment was made by Dan, the Agars manager, and details explanation of what needed to be done. Within 5 days , a colleague arrived on time at 8.15am . He was polite, positive and extremely effective and efficient. He needed to remove a large tree branch to access the area, and did this quickly and neatly.
