Gordon Francis was an excellent tradesman and provided an outstanding service from start to finish. He called within five minutes of me posting the job and was on-site in less than 12 hours to resolve the issue with my blinds. Before attending, Gordon took the time to assess the problem over the phone, providing an honest and realistic view of the likely repair, costs, and outcomes. This gave me confidence and certainty before the work even began. Gordon & his assistant did a fantastic job in installing my external Velux heat blind & repairing my internal Velux blind. Gordon is an experienced professional who did not hesitate taking the job whilst others refused, he did the job at a very reasonable price and charges fairly for the work he does It could not have come at a better time when my flat become a Sauna but it is now habitable. Gordon is also a very friendly, approachable and caring professional, just don’t forget to offer him tea with milk & no sugar 😀
