Alan is a genuine and honest character with a high quality work ethic. He carried out the work that neeeded doing and also improved and replaced the poor quality plumbing work previously carried out by an another company. I feel lucky he was recommended to me by a friend.

The work was done very well and I am pleased with the result. Nothing could have been done better.
