I have a fantastic new bathroom thanks to Angelo. When an unexpected issue came up he gave a number of options on how to resolve. Didn't appear to mind at all when I repeatedly asked the same question and was patient when I was trying to understand things. Slight delays meant it took longer owing to wrong delivery of items and extra work being done but he was mindful of my budget and did not rush for an immediate decision. End result beautiful bathroom that puts the rest of the house to shame. Happy to recommend.

Angelo was great, everything was really clearly documented and explained. He made sure to check small details so that everything looked neat and tidy, and was also flexible about making minor changes to the design where necessary as the work progressed.

Angelo originally fixed toilet cistern for me but due to being busy did not have time to fix my broken basin tap (other jobs were arranged too). He arranged to come back on 23rd Oct. I contacted him on 22nd Oct to confirm arrival time etc and got a text reply back at 10pm saying he had flu and wouldn't be coming and he would contact me again in next few days. I have never heard back from him at all and had tap fixed by another plumber 2 days ago. Had to use my bath taps for everyday use for 3 weeks. I felt badly let down and I think this tradesman is rude and completely unreliable.

Quick, efficient and tidy. 2 previous plumbers have looked at this but only Angelo got it right.

Reliable, kept me informed all the time. Tidy worker, helped as my water supply was very poor.

Really helpful and tidy with good advice and ideas.
