My gas hob's ignitions not working. Called to book and appointment, very easy process they were able to send out an engineer the next day. Gave me a quote and what charges to expect. The engineer was very polite did the initial assessment and told me he'd have to order parts and arrange to come back. Unfortunately I received an email informing I would need a Smeg engineer to carry out the work. However, they did not charge me for a call out and gave me the number of who I should call.

Anton was able to make the callout on the same day - he arrived when he said he would and was very clear in explaining what he was doing, what he was looking at and how to do the repair - he was both friendly and efficient - really helpful.

Quickly diagnosed the problem, helped me source the right replacement part and returned when it had been delivered promptly to fit (a replacement fan for the oven was needed). Problem resolved and reasonable pricing and fair for the job and time spent. Many thanks.

I had trouble with my electric oven not heating up properly and Anton quickly diagnosed it was due to a damaged element. He went off to buy a new part and came back to fit it a little later the same day. I would recommend him as he was very helpful and knowledgable.

Anton arrived at my house and was professional and corteous at all times, He fixed the issue with the leak and also managed to replace the faulty switch on my fridge. Anton explained the work he carried out clearly and why there was a fault initially. I couldn't recommend Anton enough and will be sure to use him again for any future appliance repairs required, highly recommended!
