Alan gave me a quote on my roof as it was riddled with moss applied no pressure explained what he would be doing decided to go with the job he did a great job would definitely recomed him again

Would not recommend. Didn't do all he quoted for and sprayed paint off my walls. When I expressed my disappointment he became very defensive - which shows he doesn't care if the customer is happy or not.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the gutter repair service I received on 25th of September. After the work was completed, my gutters are now leaking more than before. When I called to address this, the response was defensive, and I was told to "do whatever you want" regarding my complaint.

I had a disappointing experience with AGL Home Improvements. They came to clean my gutters and fix a leak, and initially, I thought the job was well done. However, after the recent rain, I discovered that the leak is now worse than before. When I called to address the issue, the representative was defensive and insisted the job was completed correctly. Despite my attempts to express my concerns, he was dismissive and told me to "do whatever you want" regarding a complaint. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

A very prompt reply to my job query and very quick to fit me in, arrived on time and quote was comparable to others. Work was completed promptly and professionally with additional post work advice which was very much appreciated. I would use this company again.

Done work on roof new eave protectors, just had another roofer up to see what he had done. He stated that AGL had put the protectors over the felt, but they should under the felt and nailed to the rafters first and felt put over them. Also the eave protectors have not been installed amen to the end but the down pipes. Con men £825 for 1:5 hours work.
