The AGN renovations did attend my address as arranged to carry out the joinery work, but once here, he informed me he wouldn’t be able to complete the task—despite it being clearly described in the advert. I appreciated his honesty, but it was frustrating as I had other work scheduled to follow the next day, assuming this would be done.

Alex is clearly hugely knowledgeable. He showed me what the issue was and what was needed. He recommended two options, explaining the benefits and challenges of both so I could decide based on urgency and price without feeling pressured into spending or committing to anything I didn't understand or require. Alex noticed a funny smell in the kitchen as he was leaving and after looking at my plumbing sent suggestions on parts and appliances. He went above any beyond in every aspect, I would wholeheartedly recommend his services if you are looking for anyone you need to trust to do a great job!

Alex arrived exactly on time. He made no fuss on what was required of him. He had all the necessary tools. Was quick but efficient. Polite but not too chatty. Got on with the work promptly. Tidy and reasonably priced for the work required.
