Top to Bottom House Renovation
**Highly recommend** **High quality work**. Undertook top to bottom renovation of HMO property: New kitchen, bathroom, heating system, lighting throughout the house, external doors and windows all internal joinery (doors, skirting, etc.) paint and plaster. Roofing inspection and repairs and rendering of outside of house, even garden tidy-up and new fence. We live over 500 miles away and left AG Roofing in charge of renovation and HMO registration. Completely trustworthy with excellent (long distance) communication. They still 'look in' on the property, dealing with any repairs that are...

New flashing to garage roof
Very slick operation which in fact took less time than anticipated and as a result Alan reduced the quote he had given me earlier. I had confidence that Alan would be fair and this was the case. All workmen involved in the job were courteous, got on with their particular job and after the work was completed I was advised if I had any problems at all to get in touch. Subsequently there has been rainfall, but no sign of leaking from the roof. Thank you Alan and Co.

Various small repairs including new path slab and rendering, harling and pointing repairs to outside of house.
Phoned to request quote. One of the owners came out next day. Rec'd quote by email a few days later. Some items were missing from quote description. Subsequent email confirmed quote was for all items. Turned up a week later to complete work. As well as requested work they cleaned my path and patio slabs (not charged). All work completed very satisfactorily except one small repair on rendering was not completed. Invoice was for reduced sum compared to quote. Owner said they had completed work quicker than expected. Never experienced that before. Very happy with work and would use again.

Strip and renew flat felt roofs on two dormers.

Roof repairs and replacement of all guttering and downpipes to front of house.
Quality workmanship carried out in a timely manner. This is the second time we’ve used them and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. The price quoted is fair and we have always found them to be honest in their assessment of the work required. Highly recommended.
