My machine had an error code that pointed to a drain problem. I posted late Wednesday evening, I received a message Thursday morning and by Friday afternoon it was fixed. It was a scale build up issue. Nice guy. Came when they said. Fixed and paid. Done. Just brilliant. TYVM
