He said he would come and look at a job between 2 and 3 pm. He didnt show up. Texted at 6pm after I left a voicemail. Said he had no reception where he was working. Cannot seem to manage what he commits to.

Mr Bilal was well-mannered, had the necessary tools, and was thorough in his job. Turned up in 45 minutes as promised and sorted us out. He also was good enough to advise on my mains connection that needed some work to be done by the Supplier. Much appreciated. A good man with good skills and reliability.
