We recently had a newly built extension, full refurbishment, and loft conversion completed by Haydon Electrical and Building Services at our property in Guildford, and the results are outstanding. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to quality. A special mention goes to Adam Haydon and Charlie King, who were both fantastic throughout the entire project. Their expertise, clear communication, and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.

This is the second project Adam, Charlie &the team have completed for us. This latest project was bedroom reconfiguration & new ensuite. Our bedroom was 2 rooms made into one. There was still evidence of this on the ceiling & the layout was awkward. Charlie moved the door which has made the layout work. The ceiling which was bobble Artex is now smooth. The lighting was reconfigured. The rooms were decorated. The ensuite was installed which looks amazing. The project was quick and within budget. Very happy with the result & grateful to Adam, Charlie & those who worked on this project.

Very positive experience. Excellent communication from Adam throughout the process. Charlie, the carpenter, talked us through the options, making useful suggestions then carried out the work to a high standard . He worked cleanly, was polite and pleasant to have around. I would thoroughly recommend to future customers.

Adam and his team handled the full construction of a garden room from scratch. Very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the work. Excellent communication for the whole duration of the project. It took significantly longer than originally planned, but all delays were clearly explained, and in many instances were causes by external circumstances. The final cost was also very close to the original quote and any extra was well justified.

We are over the moon with our extension and internal reconfiguration. The finished result is faultless. All those who worked on our project were very polite lovely. From the beginning the ground works team were speaking with our neighbours to check they were ok and keep them up to date. We have a shared driveway so really appreciated this. There were a few challenges and delays which were overcome. Everyone was extremely professional and hard working. The finish is wonderful, and we are very grateful to Charlie for his level of detail when fitting the kitchen.
