I was informed by delivery fitter that our fuse system was outdated and not compatible with safety regulations so they couldn't fit the new oven ordered without remedial work. I posted the work needed as stated by delivery fitter and Adam was first to respond. He came promptly and advised that the delivery fitter was incorrect, no remedial work was required. He explained why, which was helpful for us in communication with the delivery fitters, the oven has now been fitted safely. Adam was very responsive to my initial phone call and I had a visit / quote for the work to be done by the end of the same day. The price was fair and he was flexible and so we arranged a date for the work to be carried out on a date that suited me. On the day of the install his timekeeping was impeccable and the work was carried out in a professional manner within the timescale we had previously discussed.
