Tile re-roof, gutter repairs and new Velux windows
Roof works were completed to an excellent standard and my specifications were fully met. The leak and damp patches have dried up and stayed dry even through the horribly wet summer we’ve had. He kept the site very tidy and removed all the rubbish. He arranged a convenient drop and load skip as parking is a nightmare on my road. His workmanship is second to none and is 100% reliable. Roof and chimney repairs - unidentifiable leak that had caused internal damage
After many calls and visits from various roofing companies, Henry Roofing came to the rescue. Andrew spent a lot of time talking through the issues and was brilliant at problem solving. It had been a huge worry and he was meticulous in his pursuit of the problem, chatting to my husband and I about the possible causes. We sent videos and photos as well as live video chats to try and establish what was the best course of action. He kept us informed every step of the way with texts and phone calls to ensure we had peace of mind. Replaced all of the roof with new grey Slate tiles. Insulated the loft and cleaned the gutters

Work scheduled for June but no show and no contact!
Based on Checkatrade reviews and Mr Hendry's attendance at our property in March, I accepted his estimate for full roof replacement to commence in June. He advised on 1 June that he anticipated starting work on 13 June, but he has ignored and failed to respond to all my telephone calls and emails since. I notice now that there have been no reviews posted since March so it may be that Mr Hendry is no longer trading. I have written to him today advising that trust has been broken irretrievably and he would no longer be welcome.Verified reviewerJob location: KT19
