Having talked to Paul on the phone I felt confident in his abilities and trustworthiness. He arrived on time and we discussed either having a new barrel or complete new lock on my front door. My old lock had become difficult to open but I wasn’t an emergency call out. I decided on a new lock ( which came with 2 keys) and Paul cut 2 extra keys for me as spares. He knows what he’s talking about, is clean and tidy and kept the costs to a minimum. If ever needed, I’ll definitely use him again. Can recommend.

Paul had previously replaced the locks on our new home. Unfortunately, this year I left my keys abroad, so on arrival at the airport I called Paul. He was very reassuring and was able to meet me at my home to gain access and replace the lock. Paul is extremely trustworthy and highly skilled and I would recommend him to everyone.

Genuinely cannot see any reason to score below 10. Responded promptly to my call, explained the cost and agreed a time that day. Arrived ready slightly before the appointed time, explained the options and prior to drilling the failed lock he managed to pick it open and then sorted everything and left me after c. 20 minutes with the issue resolved.

Paul was extremely knowledgeable and his analysis of the problem gave me complete confidence in his ability to fix the issue, which he did. The manufacturer of the windows (a well known company) had stopped servicing them due to their age, so I was extremely happy Paul was able to solve the problem. I would definitely use him again.

Paul changed the lock of my back door a few years ago and he did a superb job. I had no hesitation at all when I recently started to have issues locking the front door and I made contact once again. He pointed out that the door had dropped so no wonder I was having problems. I also asked for a more secure lock to be fitted too, similar to the one he had fitted on the back door. He has done a brilliant job once again, it locks better than it ever did. Paul is skilled, hardworking, and he definitely knows his trade.
