Dale was very professional from start to finish & did a 1st class job

I chose AHM Installations as my parents had previously used them. I wanted to turn my bathroom from a walk in shower to a wetroom. My installer Michael's standard of work was exceptionally high and he had a good eye for detail. It was so refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work. Every person that I dealt with at AHM Installations was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a customer. I now have a lovely high quality, stylish wetroom. I would have no hesitation in recommending AHM Installations.

The biggest mistake I have ever made was ordering from ahm installations. Order placed 24/05/24 ad finished 14/02/25. That was 8.5 months later for a job I was told would take up to 10 days. I found the company lacked public relations and communication skills. I was sent a contractor to do the work. His workmanship and finishing left a lot to be desired and requiring half the bathroom to be done again and the pipework in the loft was left with a leak for 6 weeks which showed up when the ceiling started to go black. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Don't sign on dotted line.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom and toilet. The initial visit from Alan was most helpful as he listened to our ideas and made several suggestions as to how they could be improved. Three weeks later and with excellent communication about the start time, Dale our installer arrived and I have to say we consider ourselves very fortunate. He was so hardworking and meticulous we couldn't have wished for better. His attention to detail was clear to see when the installation was complete.
