Hussain is reliable, professional, and cleaned up after himself

I hired this trader to re-bed two loose stone step treads. Structurally, the steps are now secure and safe. However, the finish and cleanup were unacceptable; mortar was smeared across the red brick face, and spilled cement left severe grey bleaching on a large area of the tarmac. The trader accepted responsibility but ignored my advice to hire a tarmac specialist. They instead hired an alternative contractor who used a pressure wash, wrongly claiming the stains were just 'dirty water'. This incorrect method made the problem worse and damaged trust.
