Installation of Alarm and CCTV systems
Great to find a business that still understands the concept of customer service. From design through installation and commissioning of both systems Craig ensured that my options were clearly explained and that I was happy with the configuration and understood the set up, making adjustments willingly. All appointments kept and working practices of both Craig and Dan to a high standard.

Renewal of Flats Entry-phone System
We needed to replace a 40 year old, failing entry-phone system serving 10 flats. Craig and Dan did a really fantastic job in very difficult circumstances. They were patient, reliable, courteous, professional and extremely competent - with excellent people skills when dealing with the residents of the flats and with me trying to manage it all. Would highly recommend.

Craig was always approachable whenever we called for the issues in the Alarm systems.
He has solved the issues of one of the oldest Challenger security systems at our home, set the system, tested and handed over to us. Now the system is running effectively. Craig is very patient and helpful to understand the problems in the system and resolve. In the same time never gave expensive ideas to replace, upgrade etc. Highly recommend AIC systems and thank you Craig for all the help.
