  Refurb of garage to en-suite room

  AIL completed the work to an excellent standard. It took longer than anticipated as unforeseen problems arose on the way. The workmen were hardworking and their work was of an excellent standard. Brilliant plastering and carpentry. The trades fitting around the work was problematic and the floor was a nightmare. The concreting took ages as it was hard to dry in the wet and cold weather. Even so, I am delighted with the finished result. An 8 for punctuality as the job took longer than predicted. That said, they did turn up when they said they would.

  Fast shale removal

  We had work carried out by A.I.L Shale removal and infill was carried out quicker than i expected and done to a high standard. They even pointed out that there was some underpinning that needed addressing and we had them do this as well. All in all no problems and a quick and efficient company to deal with.

  Great building work project experience for an Education Centre

  Terry and the whole team at A.I.L. Property Specialists were great from project start to finish and were friendly and professional. They were able to book the work at very short notice to support our timeline. They communicated everything really thoroughly and made sure we were updated and knew what was going on throughout. The team were very happy to fix a few small things following the completion of the work to make sure everything was of a good standard, and our staff team were happy. I would definitely recommend!
