Decking
Ai Property Solutions have managed to transform my sloped garden into an attractive decked area with much more usable space. Adrian discussed every aspect with me before proceeding to the next which I found really helpful. They were punctual, courteous and very tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Lay Patio and artificial turf
Professional right from the quote stage, finished garden axactly as I had hoped at the start of the process. Adrian was very helpful with a design layout prior to quoting and advice with several options for materials, being our first project of this kind we were a little nervous . .. we needn't have been Ai made the whole process painless.

Decking removed, patio laid and 2 fence runs put in.
Adrian and Mark have done a fantastic job on our garden; it looks so much smarter than it was. They were always polite, tidy, professional and helpful - even when we added to the job half way through! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other people.

New front wall and gate, decorative patio including water feature.
I would definitely recommend AI Property Solutions. Adrian and the team were polite, punctual, tidy, willing to provide advice and overall a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely pleased with the end result. Great quality of workmanship and wonderful to see someone take such pride in their work.
