From first meeting Iqbal after getting three quotes, we knew Iqbal and his team were the ones for our project. Iqbal immediately made us feel comfortable and gave us straight talking advice to suit our budget. We booked 3 months in advance not thinking for one minute they would be able to start the week we opted for, as obviously other jobs come up in between, but men of their word, Iqbal and team started on the exact same day we planned for. He kept us informed at every stage of the build and all of the team that were ever on site were so respectful of the rest of our property and helpful.

Iqbal and his team completed my home rear extension a couple of months ago- excellent workmanship from the whole team; highly professional and punctual - always on time with very tidy house keeping; moreover, they completed the work 2 weeks before schedule. This company came recommend and I would have no problem on passing this recommendation on. They were very helpful and understanding, when as a I don't really know kind of customer, I changed not only the goal post but the whole park. Patience and understanding good customer relations. All the team was very reliable, hardworking and helpful. They offered useful solutions and suggestions whilst keeping a tight eye on the budget, also always kept in touch and let us know what was happening which reduced the stress of a project like this.

I am very pleased we used A.Iqbal Constructions Ltd. They carry out the project with excellent professionalism. Their work whether it be digging,filling, brick works, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, plastering, painting were all done to a very high standard. I was particuarly impressed with their attention to details and the materials used to ensure the end result was as good as possible. All the team was punctual, polite and accomodating with some changes I made to the initial scope. I would certainly use them again for future work.
