Replace broken latching mechanism
Excellent job done. Roger arrived very quickly and assessed the problem and managed to track down a suitable replacement for an old now discontinued unit. Very friendly. Highly recommended and will use again.

Lock very stiff.
Very friendly gentleman arrived on time. After initial look and general check of lock and alignment. It was found the door needed slight adjustment, which he did very quickly. Great job.

Home security works
Had no previous experience of having work done by Aire Valley Locksmiths, but I decided to choose them given it is a small local business. Received immediate expert advice (and as advertised there was no call out charge) and a first class service from a polite businessman with the expertise to get the job done rapidly and with quality. Roger was reliable, polite and attentive to his customer 's needs. The parts were immediately available and the installation was completed in a timely manner with no mess. New lock and handles fitted to external UPVC door
Rang Air Valley Locksmiths when I couldn't lock the door. Roger attended within half an hour which was great, he stripped the lock out and discovered part of it had broken. He explained my options clearly and recommended a suitable replacement. He had to fit new handles due to the difference in locks but that couldn't be helped. Took around an hour including a bit of fettling and even realigned the door which had dropped. Top service by a professional tradesman.

Replace Patio door lock, install bathroom lock, fix all window hinges and locks
I am so impressed with roger, he worked to such a high standard and quality, I thought my windows were beyond fixing as the hinges had dropped so badly, I was surprised that roger has been able to make them feel brand new!! I would definitely recommend and use him again!Completely hassle free!

Key stuck in a lock
Fantastic service. He came straight away and managed to get the key out without damaging the lock. Very honest - didn’t try to get us to replace the lock or anything else as he said it seemed fine now and to just keep an eye on it. Good price too.
