I needed a technical review of my ducted AC system as I wasn't happy about the performance of it. I was advised that the best way of achieving this was by paying for a service of all three units, which I did. The engineer, who was very pleasant, advised that he was unable to service the units and he would arrange a technical visit (the thing I had originally requested). After two more visits and lots of talk on how they would fix it, I suddenly got a call from another representative saying they were too busy! A total waste of time and money !

The work was scheduled for first thing in the morning, but due to bad weather conditions the engineers were delayed. I contacted the company and the lovely receptionist, Lorna, was absolutely fantastic. She kept me fully informed at all times with updates on the engineers’ ETA and whereabouts, which really put my mind at ease. Jack and Lewis were very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how the air-conditioning unit works, tested it thoroughly, and showed me how to use it properly for the best results. hats off to the whole team for excellent work !

The engineer came round and found the issue with our AC system and then ordered and replaced the parts needed. The system has been running like a dream ever since. Great work by the whole team. I would definitely recommend them.

Efficient service and personable engineer.

The whole experience was easy from start to finish. The quote was competitive and explained everything in lay terms. Communication was prompt and accuarate. The engineer was very friendly, polite and efficient and the sysytem works well, cooling upstairs nicely. Would definitley recommend.
