Heat pump not installed properly, doesn't do what it's supposed to. Airsource uk ltd visited secmveral times and said nothing wrong. Washed their hands of it. Since had independent review of it, confirmed not installed correctly, will cost over 2k to fix. No external sensor installed and pipes for servicing inaccessable! Will reach out to them again to see if they cover cost to put it right and update review.

On the whole I was very pleased, came when they said they would, work force were pleasant and polite, have done a very good job, fixed the problem, I would recommend them to others

Work was delayed due to first airsource pump going missIng In transIt . All work done to a high standard and very pleased with the final result.
